President Asif Ali Zardari said that Pakistani armed forces are bound to obey the constitution. President Zardari said that he is working with the coordination of the Parliament.
In an essay written during his UK visit, President said the terrorists could not see Pakistan as a stable and developed country. He added that the continuity of the democratic rule in Pakistan is responsibility of the west.
President Zardari said Pakistan would have to achieve self-sufficiency in education, agriculture and energy sectors. He said release of fourth tranche of International Monetary Fund (IMF) loan has been an achievement of the government adding that the IMF does not engage in partnership with corrupt governments.
