PESHAWAR: The NWFP Bar Counsel Saturday has declared the elections of District Bar Association Kirk as invalidated due to violation of rule and regulations, Geo news reported.
The spokesman of NWFP Bar Counsel Nawaz Khan said there exist laws and regulations for holding polls of district bar counsels but they were blatantly violated amid Kirk Bar elections.
This is a paramount reason for suspension of polls, he added.
