District and Sessions Judge Abbottabad Abdul Mateen Khan had declared former president Pervez Musharraf as absconder in kidnapping case of Ateeq-ur-Rehman-an official of intelligence agency-and issued orders for confiscation of his movable and immovable property.
Peshawar High Court has also maintained the district court’s decision.
The district judge today ordered the police to confiscate the property of Musharraf and submit the compliance report by May 17.
