ATC Adjourns Hearing Of Cases Against Sharif Brothers

Pakistan News: A Rawalpindi Accountability Court has deferred the hearing of cases against Sharif Brothers and his family members in Itefaq Foundry and Hudaibia Paper Mills, etc. During hearing of the case, Justice Tariq Abbasi remarked that it has been mentioned even in the earlier verdict that NAB chairman's signs are mandatory for reopening of the references. Special Prosecutor NAB Ch Riaz argued that NAB chairman himself filed the petition to reopen the references against the Sharifs. Upon this, the judge remarked that court's verdict could not be reviewed and sought further instructions from NAB in this connection. The court asked the NAB Chairman to sign the application again.
