Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin arrived in New Delhi for a two day visit. During the visit Putin is expected to discuss Afghan Policy and other regional issues.
Russia and India are also expected to sign over a dozen deals worth $10 billion. A civilian nuclear deal is expected to top Putin’s agenda.
Russia wants to boost trade with India to $20 billion by 2015 from the current $8 billion.
