2nd Phase Of Azm-e-Nau III Drill Begins

Chief of Army Staff, General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani witnessed troops conducting second phase of Exercise Azm-e-Nau III, which started today.

Gen Kayani witnessed a number of logistic and operational activities of the troops of Northern Command, including river crossing by Armour Combat Groups, an ISPR news release on Tuesday said. The Chief of Army Staff hailed the dedication and professionalism of the participants. Fighter Jets of Pakistan Air Force also took part in the exercise. Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Rao Qamar Suleman, was also present at the occasion.
