Karachi: Seven More People Killed Due To Target Killing

Karachi: Seven more people killed due to target killingPakistan News: The target killing continues in Karachi, claiming 7 more lives and numerous others have also been injured. The death toll in the city reaches to 48 in last 48 hours.

Some unidentified persons killed ANP's representatives Wazirzada and Mohammad Tahir in the area of Model Colony. Similarly unidentified gunmen shot dead MQM's former counselor Jamil Ahmad, a hotel owner in Ali Garh Malik Zafar Mohammad, 25 year old Iqbal of Rangter Colony and 30 year old Shaukat of Nusrat Bhutto Colony. A tortured dead body of an unidentified man was also found from Korangi Industrial Area; where as 6 persons including a woman got injured near the Moon Arcade, Star Gate. While on the other side, Rangers managed to arrest 44 suspects from Shah Faisal, Sachal, Landhi and Korangi police stations and also recovered weapons and ammunitions from them. Intensified situation still continues in various parts of the city.
