Nawaz was chairing a session in Lahore to review the rehabilitation of the flood victims where he said, that he instructed the Punjab government for the marking of government land in flood stricken areas of the province.
He added that the government will appeal to people for contributions to rebuild homes. He reiterated that the Punjab Government is trying to ensure that flood victims receive cash payments in-time.
Punjab NADRA Director General informed that new identity cards in the flood stricken areas would be issued on fast track basis.
