An anti-corruption court released Farooq Leghari, brother of for Rs 2 Lac security deposit. As per the anti-corruption sources, Farooq would be held in another corruption case, as the department has many other cases against the captive.
On the other hand, Hyderabad bench of Sindh High Court adjourned the case against Farooq till July 21. The court also summoned the investigation officer and medical officer in the next hearing.
Farooq Leghari Would Not be Released Despite Bail was first posted on July 19, 2010 at 4:09 pm.
