Violence erupts after two Christians shot dead in Faisalabad


Faisalabad, Pakistan News :-Violent clashes erupted as a result of the killing of two Christian brothers accused of writing a blasphemous pamphlet critical of the Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) in Faisalabad. A policeman was also injured.


An unidentified youth shot dead Rashid Emmanuel, and his brother Sajjad, and left their police escort critically wounded, as they left a court hearing. Both the brothers were rushed to Allied hospital where they were pronounced dead. Following the incident demonstrators burned tyres and held protests in Waris Pura neighborhood of Faisalabad.
