Too Early To Pronounce On NY Bomber Probe:FM Qureshi

Too early to pronounce on NY bomber probe: QureshiLAHORE : Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Friday it was premature to draw any conclusions on investigations into a Pakistani-American charged with terrorism over a New York bomb plot.

“It would be too early to say anything at the moment until the investigations are concluded,” Qureshi told reporters in Lahore.

“The media is just exaggerating. What is being published is all estimates and speculation,” he added.

Faisal Shahzad is accused of planting a large but poorly made car bomb in crowded Times Square on Saturday.

“We will extend full cooperation to the United States and we will share all information with them and they will share their information with us because we have a shared objective,” Qureshi reiterated.
