The report submitted by Justice (r) Kazim Malik in the apex court could not ascertain reason of the presence of Mughees and Muneeb at the crime site while cause of the killing of Bilal (25) and injury of his three cousins, who are residents of village Bhuttar, has also not been known. That was why the SC ordered the joint team to expand investigation and grill police, Rescue 1122 personnel anD patrolling police to get to the truth. It is also known that the probe team is trying to gather mobile phones information of all the three deceased including Mughees, Muneeb and Bilal. The team has also asked Dunya News to provide the footage of the incident.
