Government Committed To Get Rid Of Corruption Prime MinisterPrime Minister (PM) Yousaf Raza Gilani said that events like the one that occurred in Faisalabad do not destabilize democratic government. PM Gilani said that we would defeat terrorism with Sufism.

PM was addressing the media from Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) office, he said "we would end sectarian violence." He added "there is no second opinion to remove corruption from the society and from within the organizations," the Prime Minister told. Gilani said he was at the FBR to ensure that the continuity of policies initiated by the outgoing Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin remain in place.

PM also hinted that the Advisor on Economic Affairs would be appointed soon, in consultation with former Finance Minister Shaukat Tarin.
