Ten Injured In Quetta Explosion

QUETTA: Ten people were wounded as a bomb went off at Imdad Chowk of the city,? Officials said a Frontier Constabulary man is also among the wounded. All of the injured had been shifted to Quetta Civil Hospital and one of the wounded was in a critical condition, Edhi sources said.

An eyewitness told the channel that the bomb went off near FC convoy.

Police and law enforcement agencies arrived at the scene and put security cordon around the blast site.

DIG Operations told ARY NEWS correspondent that the bomb was planted on a motorcycle and weighed 8-10kg.

Talking to newsmen here, CCPO Quetta Shabir Sheikh said police had already reached at the spot following a tip off about suspected motorbike in the market.
