Dr. Babar Awan Foresees Change To Come in 2013

Pakistan News: Dr. Babar Awan said that it was PPP's vision to bring change in the country and the party never feared of change. He was talking to media outside the Supreme Court. Babar said that the change will certainly come in 2013.

He said that local body system was a law introduced in 2001 in Punjab and term of administrator was made its part after the amendment which was ended in August 2010. He said that the system has now become unconstitutional. In response to Nawaz Sharif's statement about change in the country, he said that it was the part of PPP's maxim to bring change.
